Only black jeans I have are from uniqlo and they are good for $50. They seem good quality and have a good fit, although they probably aren't as skinny as the acne ones

I want to assume it's a old pic, but doubt it. They're Kris Van Assche FW09.

Good luck finding a mint condition pair though. That shit right there has to be deadstock unless it's an old pic for real.

As others have suggested, Cheap Monday tight fit is pretty good, but my favorite budget black skinnies have to be uniqlo legging jeans.
They hold their shape well, they're super comfortable, and for $40 I haven't found a better fitting jean.
