I was a little annoyed at first, but then I remembered that this is a typical youtuber who gets views by spouting "muh unfiltered opinions" and putting on an exaggerated persona.
Still, there are men in real life who might say some things like this, and who would be extremely proud of how "anti-fashion" they are. It's like they have something to prove - whether it be their sexuality ("these clothes are for girls!"), or somehow that they are "sophisticated" by being vehemently anti-art.
