Any recommendations for zero-drop black dress shoes?

I've decided that I want to wear only zero-drop footwear - meaning footwear where the toes and heels are at an even height.

I need a pair of black dress shoes that somewhat fits this criteria. Now, there are plenty of "minimalist" companies that make shoes like this, but most of them make the shoe with an extra wide toe box that gives it a goofy clown shoe appearance. I don't want that. I just want a normal-looking dress shoe (like thte one in the picture) that doesn't have a giant heel.

Dress boots would also be nice, but I doubt anybody makes zero-drop dress boots since boots by definition have big heels. I've seen a few Doc Martens boots that are zero-drop, but they look more like work boots, not something you'd wear with dress slacks.

I'd appreciate any recommendations.
