what the hell does it do? are its benefits myth or fact?

I have mad dandruff and an oily scalp so I'm really not up to taking chances

I tried it and it's worked pretty well for me. I recommend using diluted apple cider vinegar on your hair every week or so to reduce product buildup though.

If you have mad dandruff it might not be the best option for you. Some people say that if you rough it out for the first few weeks your hair will get healthier.

it actually works, butonly if yyou keep a healthy diet, i used to have dandruff too then i started doing no poo and cutting my carbs, it actually did wonders, well, until i got back to my bd habits, now i have to wash toroughly with an antidandruff poo every week, it fucks up qith my hair texture

also try the tea tree oil and a vinegar wash, it will smell unpleasant so do it a weekend when you dont have any plans

i´ve heard neutral soap works too
