I work in an office with a business casual dress code. Pic-related is what I wear. My office is kind of cold, so I'd like to wear some kind of jacket or sweater or something during the day. What do I wear? There aren't many guys there and I don't see them wearing anything. The women just wear normal sweaters but they can get away with pretty much anything, I'm not sure if that would look unprofessional for a guy. I don't want to wear an actual suit jacket, those aren't comfortable + it might look out of place in my office.

So what can I wear? Can I get away with just a normal jacket or sweater for a business casual dress code?
