That's a model tho. Why is it alright to be unnatural and overly muscly to extremes that only prolonged gym sessions for years can achieve but being overly thin is frowned upon? Body builders over eat and aren't doing something "normal". I'm just under eating but it's abnormal.

I'm 5'9 and used to weigh 240 pounds. I'm now down to 178 and while I've lost a lot of fat in my torso, my legs are now kinda disproportionately fat. (Like, I've still lost fat in my legs but not nearly enough to match my torso.) Will this balance out with more weight loss?

Once you get to a certain weight the fat comes off the hips, legs etc. everyone body is different in relation to weight loss but it will happen if you lose enough

I'm 5'7 and 125 pounds and it's coming off my thunder thighs

Fucked up big time today fam and ate a chicken burger from a cafe. Also eat carb for dinner and another beef patty (luckily grass fed). Stopped myself from eating anything else.

Yesterday was a good day. A few fruits and half a cup of rice with 2 thin strips of lamb. Vodka and weed to finish the night because why not.

I've lost a good 4 kgs in the last 2 weeks.
