if you move your part a bit further to the side it will be poofier on top + when you get out of the shower push your hair back and let it dry like that, then push it where you want it

Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray is good for fine hair. I use Oribe Apres Beach, but I have thick hair to begin with.

try to part it the other way. use a little bit of mousse when you get out of the shower and your hair is still wet. texturizing sprays might help, too. try not to put too much product in though because that'll just weigh it down.

lift the top hair at the parting like this with your hand or a comb and heat with a blow dryer for a second

It could be minor hairline recession but it's not proper "balding", OP take finasteride if it bothers you and you don't want it to go any further. The worst it'll do it slow it down and give you peace of mind.

Its not minor hairline recession its called being white and not being 16.

I'm 29 and my hairline was like OPs from about the age of 18-27 its a little bit worst now but I started working a stressy job the last couple of years and I think its taking a toll on it.
