Similar boat, not as big tho. Go to the gym and get a massive back. I tried, didn't get a massive back, but at least got a little something on my back, but you'd be surprised at how much difference 1/4 inch of flesh will make. Also lifting is gonna improve your posture and you'll look better as well.
