Your arms don't look so good, that's what I meant when I said 'soft' for the most part. May explain your shitness at chinups/pullups. Your strength on most lifts looks proportional and not too bad for a beginner. Judge yourself on the progress you make relative to yourself over time, not some arbitrary notion of where you 'should' be after 3 months.
