I fucking hate my gym. The barbell can only hold up to about 45kg, making deadlifts a fucking cakewalk. How am I supposed to get a good aesthetic if I can't do deadlifts?
Different body types (genetics: nature/nurture) require different diets. No one diet fits all. A stricter approach to how much food and what kind of foods to eat is necessary for easy gainers and fat bodies because of the cells presence of fat and potential for fat storage. The ratio between body fat and muscle mass is always tipped to the former for easy gainers and fat bodies. Even when metabolism is efficient, because of the normalcy of fat storage, the easy gainers body requires more time and effort to deplete those cells of fat storage that have made home in the cells. Meaning a stricter approach to dieting for longer periods at a time.
If anyone would like to correct the above or add to it- please

The only thing they have I like is milk, but I dont want my only nutrition to be a gallon of milk a day.
