I fucking hate my gym. The barbell can only hold up to about 45kg, making deadlifts a fucking cakewalk. How am I supposed to get a good aesthetic if I can't do deadlifts?

My friend just put temptation upon me. I knew he was juicing since hes pretty big. Out of nowhere after a poker night, left me two vials of test cyp. Im 205lbs 5'8 lifting for 2 years bodyfat is around 13-14%. Did anyone feel like shit after turning in their natty card. I mean how bad can it be if scooby, zyzz, and piano all juice right.

Sup /fit? Im a DYEL beginner at best but, Jared jokes aside. I have recently been employed to Subway. Subway employees have huge discounts to their own product and if I just do what I usually do, i legally leave work with a fresh sandwich/salad of whatever my choosing every time I leave. Have I stumbled upon a goldmine of /fit/ food? Have any of you /fit/izens used subway to achieve your natty goals? What do you get?

I have a question fit,

I'm 5'11 and about 230 lbs. Today I've walked for about 7 kilometers - that is, from cold turkey, I haven't done any sports since years.

What, if any, kinds of health benefits did I acquire from this feat? What if I were to continue exercising, but instead of walking I'd do gymnastic stuff instead?
