My friend payed 50 dollars for a workout program called Athlean NXT. Does it work or was it a waste of money?

Lets talk strength vs. endurance, /fit/

I see to be able to pick up 300 pound men and fling them like bags of leaves, a minimum of 10 feet/1.5 bodylengths of a full grown man away from me. Why? Because I find people are less inclined to fight with you if you can nonchalantly pick them up over your head and throw them with the same ease their out of shape, uncoordinated asses can throw a punch at you.

I desire to be able to repeat this feat a minimum of 75 times a day, preferably 100.

Suppose I started training with a 25 pound dummy modeled after a 6'0 man, just grabbing it, lifting it and throwing it 10 feet away from me near to one hundred times a day. Then at the end of every week, I add one pound of weight to it.

If I persisted with this training regimen for three years, would I be strong enough to chuck a grown fatass man like a sack of potatoes all day long if I kept at it? Or would I hit a wall of strength vs. endurance and just reach a physical peak, where trying to exercise or gain any more would just cause me physical illness or injury?

I'm not a big guy. 5'8. 150 pounds. Maybe 5 of that is bodyfat, otherwise skinny as fuck. Also would not be 'cheating' with dietary supplements. I want protein? I'd eat fish and beef and pork. I want vitamins and minerals? Soup and stew and caveman salads. And milk. Lots of milk.

Do I have a shot without whey shakes and already being 6'5?

Any thoughts on this video?
Guys basically explain why you should go vegetarian with shitload of proof.
I'm kind of starting to believe that eating meat is a shit way to be "healthy", sure you can build muscle with it, but making your body and brains work most efficient is what i'm going for.

Post your routines, receive and give routine critiques.

Starting off with this routine I made recently. Just finished six months SS, got a lot stronger but haven't seen a lot of aesthetic gain. Can I get a critique of this routine?

Hey /fit/ do you think it's easier to build yourself a nice body when you're skinny as me or when you're fat as the guy in the pic?

And do you know what would be the most efficient ways for me to draw quickly a nice body?
