Just found out that all plastic bottles along with almost every tin food contain chemicals that act as "synthetic estrogen".

Apparently this shit is legal, so everyone does it. I'm scared as fuck.


Apparently it causes men to have bad semen quality which makes New born boys have mutilated penises / lacking a penis. Along with this it also causes gyno.

What the fuck fit. Do you guys avoid bottle water and tin food? My shaker for protein is plastic, my bottle that I drink water from during the day is plastic, I'm a student so normally eat food from cans like tuna and tomato tin cans.

Will it not affect us that stay fit as we release test during workout etc?

I'm wondering about the best balance of fitness and alcohol. I'm wanting to look after my health and live a long, happy life, but I'm also willing to admit that I enjoy drinking alcohol. I've been through phases where I've drunk a bit more than I should've (sometimes have a few drinks every night and a few whiskeys to finish things off). Has anyone here suffered from fatty liver before? If so, what level of drinking produced the condition and what did you do to recover? Also, for anyone else, when maintaining good fitness, what do you think an optimal level of alcohol consumption would be? I know that a glass a red wine everyday with a meal is meant to be good for heart health, though it's also additional calories. I know that I feel good if I share a bottle of wine with my gf a couple of nights a week, but this might be more than I need for health. The alcohol does help with relaxation and with socializing too (I'm not a nervous socializer but I know that everyone usually has a better time when there are a couple of drinks consumed). And for anyone who's become a teetotaler, what are the negative effects on your social life?

I'm looking for balanced, long-term solutions here that will be good for decades to come. Otherwise, I'm running 10 miles a week, visiting the gym twice a week, and working on losing ten pounds. Thanks for your insights!

/fit/ this is my first time here, looking to get into shape, but one problem my local gym was shut down so theres nothing nearby except a balleys but i went there before and its just packed to the max every second of the day and there were only basically trendmills and no free weights,
However, I'm basically free 24/7 (home office) and I'm willing to do whatever you guys recommend, like a routine? I have gravity disks from 5LBS to 45LBs no pole tho, i have a foresty park near me for quiet runs, and also whey protein, creatine, and preworkout ( bought it but dont use because my hand itches when i take it).
I will be posting daily or weekly updates either here or on youtube or a website if necessary ( most likely here), so if you guys can help a fellow home starter i would really appreciate it. Diet plans, links, routine, whatever you think is most helpful
Side note: back in 2013 i was chubbier and lost 40LBS going to the gym but i cut carbs without knowing "how to properly do it" and i lost all the gains and became stick skinny. afterwards i started college and continued to become slumppish.
