I used to run almost every morning, but long story very short I can't anymore and i'm looking for a cardio workout to do in my basement, preferably with a machine. I'm not a fan of stationary bikes and someone recommended one of these rowers, but the few times I've tried them I never seem to even break a sweat even if I do like the idea of them seeing as they work so many muscle groups at once. Thoughts? And this is just for cardio / endurance not for strength

Everything else would be twice a week so it should give my body a chance to get more proportional? Also currently cutting, but as a former obese i have a little bit of loose skin hanging in my lower gut, and because i think i still have a bit of fat to cut, i'll continue my cut untill 13 to 11% (currently 15% according to physical tests) (i'm on a 700 to 600 caloric deficit currently) pic related is my body, can /fit/ help me as to what to do?

How long after consuming caps does it hit your blood stream? I'm on the 2nd day of 250mg and feel 0 side effects, took my 2nd total dose 1 1/2 hours ago.
