according to some calorie intake calculators i need more than 1700 calories to maintain my weight however after considering my diet i found my average calorie intake is about 1300 calories
some more searching around suggested that less than 1500 is bad even if youre trying to lose weight

so how am i not dead? (or am i dead o-o)

i'm ~5'11" male ~150 lbs i haven't checked either for a while though (i know im less than 6'1" and more than 5'10" and im more than 135 lbs less than 155)

im certain im averaging more than 1200 and less than 1500 per day and im certain im not forgetting to include something (such as sauce/casual snacks)

im certainly not active but i dont feel ill hungry or even weak
in fact i consider myself strong for a weeb that hardly moves as i can run fast, lift a bag of concrete fairly casually, i can even do a one handed pull up

How many calories are there in a can of fosters? Google gives wildly varying results so thought I'd ask here. Does 150 per 440ml can seem realistic? (the version I'm having is 4% alcohol)

I think I fucked up fit. Been training for 6 months (4 cut 2 bulk) but concentrated too much on chest and squats and didn't do work my shoulders and back properly so they got small in comparison. Not so much since I'm a beginer but it messes with my look

Is there a way to catch up to it by the end of the year? Anything helps really, I really wanna get some nice volume
