I recently regained full use of my legs and have been cleared for physical activity after a surgery to remove extra bones in both of my feet.
I want to play Football for my college next year so I'd like advice on how to reach the body type I need to play either Defensive end or Outside Linebacker.

Talk about everything related to classic bodybuilding. What kind of routine, diet, supplements, and/or drug cycles are you using to get that joocy classic physique?

I'm on a 3 to 4 day a week full body routine based on 5x5 for the big lifts with a ton of isolations for for accessories in the high rep range. Cals are 2500 a day roughly with a 35% carb, 35% fat, 30% protein breakdown. Supplements are multivit/multimineral, fish oil, carnitine, arginine, ZMA, & green tea. Have run a couple of Anavar cycles at 40 to 60mg per day. Keep around 15% bodyfat for that big old skool look.

Would /fit/ join a gym with shared showers? If they need to shower after in the morning/lunch breaks? No for me.
