Guys I need some help. I have anterior pelvic tilt bbasicly my core is weaker than my lower back ,my quads are stronger than my hamstring and my hip flexors are tight as f. Im doing the proper stretches to make my quads and hip flexors relax but how can I keep deadlifting and squating when this will only keep my posterior chain getting stronger and stronger ergo making it worse? I'm currently doing blaha's 5x5. The only thing I can think of is changing the squats to high bar and then doign some ham curls. The deadlift I have no clue if someone can help me I'd really appreciate it!
