tfw I've reached my natty limit and I'm not even out of dyel mode. I've had no measurable progress for nearly 6 months. is this the part where I kill myself?

Change your routine, rest time between sets, try new exercises, try to change your diet, change cardio, etc.

for the rep ranges above the weights are

bench 170
squats 215
rows 120
chin ups 25
DL 285
pull ups 0
dips 30

when I can do more reps (for exemple if I do 10 10 10 12 for bench) I add 5 lbs. but in the last months I have added almost no weight, I am always fucking around with the same weight sometimes 10 10 10 9 sometimes 10 10 10 10

I always rest 3 minutes between sets, expect for squats and DL which are 5 minutes

If i were you i would start a beginner strength routine like SS to get those weights up and then switch back to something else when you reach 1/2/3/4

I can already do 1/2/3 (not 4 though) the weights I gave are not my 1rm, they are the weights with which I can do the 4x12 reps
