breakfast:
4 scrambled eggs with a glass of milk

lunch:
1 avocado and 2 cans of tuna as a tuna salad

snack:
1/2 cup of cashews with a glass of milk

dinner:
4 chicken thighs with a sweet potato and 1 cup mixed veggies

do i have shake before bed or nah?
