Hey fitizens.
Have you been injured for exercising? Right now I have tendinopathies on shoulders and knees (rotator cuff and patellar tendon). Literally all exercises worse my condition --even walking, so I'm watching my gains go away and can't do nothing.
It's been 3 months and I think it will take another 2 months to heal.
I tought that using good form without bouncing the weights was all it was needed to avoid injuries. Now I have discovered that extreme ROM's and pushing yourself extra hard to progress quickly will get you injured also.
So /fit/:
1-. How long have you been lifting?
2-. Age?
3-. What injures have you had?
4-. Did you have a complete recovery?
5-. How do you prevent them?
