Weight training for track cycling

/fit/ I'm looking to get into track cycling. I've done SS for about 3 months, and generally ride 80-90 miles a week. I was wondering if any of you guys knew of a specific programme/ training routine I could do. Obviously it would involve a lot of leg work squats, lunges, sprint drills etc. But I'm just looking for some structure.
