Any1 else think they are suffering from low test? No energy no sex drive just all around feelin weaker. Gonne get blood work done but dont even think i can really afford TRT

I thought so but it turns out my T level is average (~500). The biggest thing for me is to quit jacking it to porn, every time I make it a few weeks I feel like I'm plugged into a new energy source, then I inevitably come crawling back to this shitty drug and feel weak and lazy again.

read the article. dude doubles his T by changing diet, lifting, sleeping, fucking, avoiding xenoestrogens and taking some herbal supplements. it's not gonna give you arnold-levels of T but it should make a noticeable difference.

I have low t for many years now, tried clomid, arimidex and lots of herbs and supplements but nothing ever raises my free T, even if my total T rises, and even with all of this my estrogen tends to get high and arimidex is so hard to dose anyway.. so ive just said fuck it and live with it for now cuz dont want to do shots =/

Go get a blood test. I suffered from low T for a long time after coming off steroids and it was hell. I didn't want to be on TRT for life, so I stuck it out and thankfully my levels recovered eventually. Still would never do roids if i could go back though.

Anyway, get bloods and then decide your course of action.
If you are the kind of guy that barely eats anything, drinks all the time, gets little sleep etc then there is your answer.

If you exercise and eat right and still have low T then its a real issue. When I say eat right, I mean eat like a man. You could also have low T from only consuming lean chicken breast and brown rice. Get some fat and carbs in to you, eat ALOT for a few weeks and see how you feel. Dieting for too long definitely takes its toll

Having problems with libido/ED but put it down to being prescribed stimulants which fucked me up down there.

Not sure though now, been off them for a while and still having issues. It's alright sometimes but not.

I don't think I'm low T though because I have energy to burn and put on muscle rather easy...

not depressed, diet is pretty good. The only thing I can think of is over training. I do a lot of volume and I've done it consistently for a long time now.
