I live on a farm in an isolated area. No gym near me and I don't have weights. From farm work I am naturally bulk, but am looking to get stronger. What kind of workouts can I do that don't require weights that will make me stronger. Obviously push ups/sit ups are good, I was just wondering if there were any workouts you guys could reccomend to me that are the most efficient.
