About 4 months ago I realized I was out of shape and unhappy with myself. I set a goal and embarked on a journey to try to feel better and get in the best shape of my life. Today I can happily say I've reached that goal and have never felt better. This post isn't about vanity, I'm proud of the tough hours that I've put in and wanted to share my results with those who have been supporting me along the way. To anyone who wants to get in better shape but keeps putting it off until tomorrow, it's never easy taking that leap but it can be one of the most rewarding experiences there is.
