My fiance left me yesterday. I've been working out heavily over the past month but now, understandably, my motivation has gone out the fucking window.

If I force myself into the gym will that make things better? I've tried doing it before but I think I went in too aware of the fact that it SHOULD help. Anyway, I'm miserable and I can't stop crying. Will lifting help me?
