>>34669495just stop thinking like that. Your brain is like 10,000 nomads in the forest all walking to get resources. Paths that are frequently taken by the nomads become worn down. As they become more and more worn down, it becomes an easy decision to take that path. No nomad would choose to walk straight into the bush, because it's thick and unwalked. It would be uncomfortable; hence, the worn path is the path taken.
Your brain is similar. You think to yourself, "I'm lonely," "I lift for nothing," "Nature does not want me to reproduce everyday," etc. Each thought you have reinforces your ability to think those thoughts. These thoughts are the easiest thoughts you think because of the frequency you think them.
Break the cycle and think thoughts you don't usually think. When you recognize you are self-hating, force yourself out of that thought process, and force yourself to think "My workout today was great," "I'm consistent and it pays off," "I look better because I worked at it," etc.
Seriously, this is the secret. Everybody, the chads, the alphas, the successful people, everyone has shitty times in their lives. Don't think it's just you. Maybe you feel your whole life has been shitty so far. But it doesn't HAVE to be that way. But it will not change unless you learn to think positively, and that means re-training your brain. Think of the 10,000 nomads in the forest analogy. Force them individually to go into the bush and fight against the urge to talk shit about yourself.
Don't just close your computer screen and forget this. If you actually want to improve yourself this is the way to do it. It is called mindfulness. It will help you get to where you want to be.
