sw 375, until back blew out, sciatica and herniated disc in 2012
stopped lifting,
came back 2013- stopped again 2015 about 6 months ago
Moved to denver, and i now train at iron warrior
New stats as of this month, first time back into training, yes the drive is there and the motivation is back
So far
dl 365x1 - couldn't do 385, yes failed, yes grip strength is gone
dl 315x10
farmers 200 each hand 20+ ft
leg press, so far have only gone to about 300+ lbs, kind of working on big sets with 8-10 reps, get the blood pumping again
sq is at like 2 plates right now, not that i cant do more, but even a few sets of 3 reps and im gasping for air, train dead lift and squats the same day, this definitely has something to do with it
pen row today is maybe 185, strict form, using the lats/traps to do rows
bench is kind of solid in my opinion 265x1
ohp 185x1 and im seeing stars
