im a skinnyfat auschwitz mode nub and been running SL 5x5 for 2 months. my workouts are getting into the 55-75 minute range due to warmups/3 minute rests and the way my home gm is set up generally. my aim is size until im out of auschwitz mode, should I change to another program (SS or something similar) which takes 50 mins or under or just continue with SL.
I will do SL for 1 more week reducing warmups and try to avoid 3 minute rest times (which i need for squats) and see how it goes. what do you think?
