I've dislocated both of my shoulders pretty bad over my time in the Marine Corps, and it's reached the point where I can no longer shoulder press or even incline bench without feeling shaky.
My left shoulder is especially weak, and even after seeing a therapist, my shoulder is very weak.
So, how have you guys worked around dislocated shoulders, and how can I strengthen them to where they were before dislocation?
I'm planning on going Pro in the military, so I don't want something like a fucking shoulder to get me canned.
