So I'm around 300 lbs 6'4 tall, started to diet and exercise last week, haven't really seen much improvement. Given it's only been a week, but i'd of hoped to lost something. I eat 5-6 small meals a day 250 cals-350ish each time. Go to the gym and do cardio each day ( Today I did the treadmill around 4 speed with 6.5 every so often for an hour. Sweat quite a bit. So is there something i'm missing, am I doing something wrong? Tips and tricks to wt loss would be appreciated.
