I have a pretty demanding job, and i fucking love what i do, not even going to talk about it, i get paid well and i have a great place i live at, car is good, life is bliss but i have no discipline when it comes to nutrition prep and timing

Wake up, eat oats, protein powder, peanut butter or hazelnut, an apple and some almonds on my way to work
At work maybe about 10-12 hours,
Lunch is usually a large sandwich, like 600 calories, full of carbs, protein, sodium etc ... not really healthy in my opinion
i eat this lunch 5 days a week, sandwiches from local deli for lunch is probably killing my gains
Get home from work, east rice, chicken or eggs with some meat, vegetables and go to bed
Saturday and sunday i have time to hit the gym, im in there two hours, doing same shit every week, saturday legs, back [ deadlift, squat, leg press, little bit of farmers for conditioning/grip strength, through in some rows, low row, lat pull, hammer strength row machine- 2 of them, different angles, i keep my sets at like 3-4 w 10 reps
Sunday workout bench, ohp, shoulder work, pull over for lats, hit the biceps/triceps hard, finish off with db bench about 4-5 sets 8-12 reps
Still cant lose weight at all
Saturday and sunday are my cheat days due to the heavy training, steak and rice is saturday and sunday, i also work from home a little bit on saturdays, meaning i put in some extra hours working from home today, some things are important to me and i pretty much have to get it done, there is a lot of people counting shit gets done, or expect a call next week asking for an update on this project,
