I overdid it today /fit/, right now I'm feeling pain on my lower back think it's not muscular pain but inside my column, I was doing diddies but I tried way to hard to go with my lineal progression which right now is just above 2pl8s and now I have this pain, it's not much but I have felt it all afternoon. I will fucking lower the weight next time and right now I'm considering dropping the DL, I don't want to fuck my shit permanently to get fit.
