what body fat percentage am I at? what would I need to get down to so my stomach doesn't hang off of me when I bend over and it remains flat like the far right image?

I'm 6', ~155lb

I do them a half dozen times a day maybe, for as long as I can hold each. And after every workout.

I think you have some real posture issues though.

maybe do some keto. maybe you have wheat gut or inflammation.

you a former fatty breh? when you lean down looks like loose skin & that will just take time to fix.

If you eat more in one sitting, your stomach is bound to cope by you having a potbelly. It's where your blood needs the most work in, so expect to have a huge gut.

I've been considering keto...

but I've never been very fat. biggest I've been is 165 lb, but some of that was lean. this past summer I had to stop going to the gym for a few months so was restricting my calories and got down to 145 lb. and I still never managed to get rid of my stomach

cut wheat out for sure & alcohol for a month.

i've had this problem & it just took time, never completely went away never had a flat belly even at 5'9 144 always alittle bulge but went down alot after keto.

work on your chest & lats. your gut will stand out less. also as others pointed out, work on your core to improve the tone of your abs

my chest has always been especially underdeveloped and having pectus excavatum doesn't help appearances either

That's weird, I think it's more postural/structural than muscular/fat

I've had a "flat" stomach since like 20% bf, even without abs

Or you may have just eaten...

Same problem here I got my bf down to around 12% at some point but I can't seem to get rid of that tiny gut. I rarely eat any carbs now (only before heavy workouts), I do IF on my cardio days, and I started doing stomach vacuums. I noticed a bit of a decrease tbh
