Sup fit,
So I recently hired a personal trainer to help me put on 15lb of muscle mass because I wasn't sure if I was doing things right (exercises, diet, etc).
>guy says he went to school for nutritional science
>his dad was in the CFL and NFL
>he and his dad both bodybuild
>Had first session today
>He has me go on the elliptical for 10 minutes, do 20 reps of chest press at 45lbs (????) then 20 pushups
>Alternate between chest press and pushups like this 3 times, then apparently that's the end of my "workout"
>Gives me my workout routine to follow for the rest of the week until our session next weekend
>pic related
>mfw jumping jacks
He also has me eating less food than before I hired him, and I feel like I'm wasting away to shit.
Is he starting small and building me up or what??? This looks like a workout you'd find on the side of a fucking Kashi cereal box.
tl;dr I payed a personal trainer to tell me to do jumping jacks and put me on a meal plan that has me fucking starving
