Do one set of five. Then a set of six then three more sets of five.
Next time. One set of five, two sets of six, two sets of five.
Etc until five sets of six.
Or once you can do three sets of six and two of five, change one set to seven.
There are so many ways to vary the exercise routine in order to maximise your gains/progress.
Do you do paused reps (at the difficult point in rom) ? Half range of motion reps ( do half a set limited to lower rom, half set upper rom)? Extra slow reps, like ten seconds up and ten seconds down?
