puffiness while cutting

anyone ever get flat and depleted, yet puffy and maybe even puffy/sensitive nips while cutting? this seems to happen to me relatively often. whats the deal?

yea wtf op

im dealing with the same thing... starting at 20% with good amount of muscle. Im down maybe 3-4% but look even fucking worse. I look flat, depleted and smaller

That probably means you overestimated the amount of muscle you had. And obviously you're gonna get smaller if you cut
