incline will target shoulders and clavicular chest more, and since you're using dumbbels it will allow better chest adduction and will train your stabilizers more
however it sucks waaay to much for weight progression
use both: flat bb bench for strength and incline db as an accessory hypertrophy movement
progression on flat bench will allow you to use heavier dbs for hypertrophy work
and remember, no nice chest for you untill you can incline 100s for 10 reps
one other thing though,
I find that decline db bench is best chest "hypertrophy" exercise, it allows my chest to contract way beter than flat or incline, and takes some of the shoulder strain away
