Need some advice on how to proceed

Hey /fit/, I've posted here maybe twice a long time ago when I was plateuing with my bodyweight workouts/needing some nutrition info but generally back then I didn't care how I looked, I was content, just wanted to get stronger.

Basically, my problem is twofold: 1st and foremost I've put on something like 10-20 lbs (unreliable scale) and about 5 inches around my navel, for a total of about 220-230 average weight and about 42-43 inch waist. It was at this point I decided I'm tired of being a fat fuck. I tried dieting but literally the 2nd week every other day I'd have fast food brought home (low income house so wasting it wasn't an option) so I had to give up more or less. This is my major problem, I want to know if there is any cheap, filling, low calorie food I can cram in my fat fucking face to keep my daily intake below 2000 cal without feeling hunger/have an excuse not to eat fast food when it's brought home.

My second problem is that with calisthenics for the past year or so I've been progressing in a circle. I hit the point where it's hard to progress (at least for my fat ass) so I progress, move on, switch exercises, somehow end up back where I was. I feel like I'm getting stronger but in a circle of the same exercises, if that makes sense.

I also recently fucked up and did Convict Conditioning for a month which made me a world weaker, so I'm still recovering from that. Although I do need advice on pullups, I've always been stuck between 6-10 reps on those.

Thanks for any advice/suggestions. My other stats if they are needed: Left Arm, 16.5", Right Arm 17.5", Neck 16", TDEE ~3500cal, Trained bodyweight for 3 years now.

>inb4 read the sticky, I have, I just want to know a low calorie filling food i can eat a fuckton of so I have an excuse to not eat the other shit.
