Due to my shortcomings on the SS programs (After 3 months, no noticeable changes. I've stalled on all lifts, my bench is laughable at 45kg, my DL won't go over 90kg, and my squat is blocked at 60kg).
I'm 110lbs at 5'11, and progressively gaining appetite. I'm not doing GOMAD because drinking too much milk gives me insane shits.
So I decided to do a solid breakfast, drink two shakes a day, and eat whatever has enough protein for lunch and dinner.
Here's the breakfast:
>2 bananas
180kcal
>2 tbsp olive oil
240kcal
>2 eggs
145kcal
>4 toasts butter and jam
600 kcal
>1 scoop of whey
125 kcal
>150g oats
534kcal
>1L of milk
>1 carrot
>1 broccoli
Which gives roughly 2300 kcal.
As for the shake, I plan on drinking twice of these a day:
>500cl milk
>2 tbsp peanut butter
>1 scoop of whey
>1 tbsp honey
>50g oats
Which gives roughly 826 kcal.
What do you think about this? It would give me 4000kcal, and I would eat whatever to reach ~150g of protein at the end of the day.
