I have been doing the same workout routines for 8 weeks and have seen progress (I change up intensity, # of reps, exercise order, etc.). I have had people tell me that I need to "shock the system" more than once and one guy even tell me I need to change my workout completely every week or every other week. Is this "body shock" broscience or is it something that could really help me out?
