I want to exit ham planet mode /fit/

I'm starting today at 6'0'', 265 pounds, 27% body fat.

I know my biggest issue is going to be how I eat. I'll be lazy or give into my cravings and fall off the wagon.

So what recipes do you use to deal with certain cravings?
What do you make when you feel lazy?
