Anybody else have experience staying fit while /traveling/ here?
tl;dr, I'm studying abroad for a semester which is cool, but presents a couple problems-
1) Gyms aren't nearly as common here as they are in the States, and so they're all super far away and also super expensive. I have a pullup bar and have mostly been doing body weight exercises to supplement
2) Since I'm in asia, most of the food is very carb-heavy (a lot of empty calories like white rice), and protein is generally harder to come by.
Any advice on how to continue to make gains while here? I know the obvious shit (stay away from carbs, etc) but I was wondering if there were any routines that y'all found particularly helpful
