Track your macros and calories! Use an online calculator:

Add 500 calories from your TDEE to gain a 1lb a week. If you do not gain a 1lb, increase your caloric intake by 100-200 extra calories. Dieting involves experimentation so you need to be patient.

depending on how fast you want to gain weight, you could add 100-100 calories, but with more calories you gain more fat of course. Also, 2100 is an approximation of what your TDEE is, it could be right, but it could be a bit more or less. You will find out if you track your calories accurately. Personally my TDEE is 2800, so i eat around 2900-3200 every day with minimum 120g protons
