First of all are any anti oxident SUPPLMENTS worth taking ? Ive tried alcar a few times and never noticed anything.Think ive tried Alpha Lipoic Acid and never noticed anything from that either.I know these work in subtle ways though.

Should I bother buying any ? I was thinking of trying baccopa and lions mane

Im doing heavy weightlifting,bulking(slow and steady) as well as doing boxing for my cardio,im looking on going back to boxing class's twice a weak as well as going onto some 4x a week strength program Ive seen.


What are good performance enhancing supplments besides steriods and pheromones?
Ill go for some peptides if they are safe (and cheap enough)?

Im already on creatine and im going to give this beta alanine another go.

Ive been thinking about buying Cardarine.Do the gainz you make while on that stick around after you drop it ?

Whats good for recovery ?
One of my main problems is sleep,Ive tried melatonin a few times the last few weeks and that seems to work nicely but nothing great.

Zma just causes vivid dreams which ends up waking me up.

Best sleep I have ever had is from benzos.Valium makes me sleep right through and wake up fresh,most of the rc ones make me wake up feeling groggy,besides that though I dont want to star getting into these for sleep.

What do you think of BCAA's and glutamine ? I know people who swear by them and ive read that they are not all that great if your diet is in check.Mine is but with me wantng to have such a heavy routine maybe I should add them in.
