Strength Training with Back Problem

No.34667913 ViewReplyReportDelete
I'm 25 years old male and I have Thoracic Scoliosis which is about 38 degrees. In these last years I made some gains (From 63 kg to 87kg, 1.87m height) as far as I can make with dumbells and weight exercises at home that I did utmost care. I subscribed a new gym a month ago, now I want to start strength training and get stronger. I examined /ss/ and Strong Lifts programs, and decided to build my core program like this;

Workout A Workout B

15 min cardio ?
5x5 Leg Press (There is only smith machine on the gym, no squat rack)
5x5 Bench Press
5x5 Deadlift
5x5 Barbell Row
max 10-15 rep chin-up, pull-up

I'm not sure about workout B, though not much on workout A either. I've tried most of these exercises, they didn't hurt my back, on contrary they relieved my back pain much more than regular exercises. Any exercises like shoulder press are really hurt my back becasu of vertical pressure on my spine, so they're no good to go. My main concern is I don't want to get one way ticket to the Snap City because of my scoliosis when I'm trying to get stronger. So how can I improve my program and my perspective? I'm open to suggestions,tips, warnings; especially from scoliosis and fucked up back brehs.

Pic related, it's my spine.
