Well /fit/ it was another night where I went to sleep proud of how much I ate then woke up 3 hours later with intense nausea and threw it all up. This happens to me every time I eat more than 2,500 calories, which is necessary for me to eat if I go to the gym that day. I don't know what to do /fit/, I can force myself to eat but I can't control my body's response to the food.

Is there an OTC anti-emetic that actually works? I'm running out of options and I just want to be big like you guys. I've been trying for a while now but this throwing up in the middle of the night thing has to end.
