updating my brogress for my halloween cut im on day 5 and im down 7 pounds
I've been doing a ketogenic diet with lots of cardio after lifts
eating about 1500 calories under maintenance
primarily eating canned tuna with a bit of mayo, tastes horrible but 4 cans will fill you up and only be worth 600 or so calories
drinking tons of coffee in order to stave off hunger
2-3 gallons of water a day
no longer feel cranky, tired, weak, or sickly i might have entered ketosis already but who knows any way progress pics coming up
