I come from /g/ asking for help on how to deal with my 265 pounds and heavy stretch marks.
I dont have the patience to exercise, but i do have the motivation to get slimmer (i starved for 1 week and lost +/-15 pounds but it was losing its effectivity).
So, is there some kind of food that i can just repeatedly eat and survive on? Like just eat rice and be done with the dieting?
Also, about stretch marks. I have stretch marks similar to pic related and dont know if i can do anything about it. I did johnsons baby oil for 2 months without results.
