Heavy dips or high rep?

I've progressed a lot in dips to the point where I can do at least 25 for 3 sets. Would it be better to add 60 lbs and do sets of 12 at the end of my chest day or add 90lbs and do sets of 8?

I normal do a heavy bench and incline prior to dips.
