Dear /fit/,

I come to you with a serious question. I started going to the gym 7 days ago, and I have gone everyday since I started. I am doing an arm/leg split. I know I am working out hard enough, because I sweating bullets and making nice gains all over the place.

My question: Does anyone else have experience with working out everyday of the week with no rest days? It seems to be working well for me, but this is only the first week I have done it.

Arms day: Running, Bench press, lat pull downs, OHP, Cable rows, dips, and tricep pulldowns (5x5)

Leg day: Running, squats, deadlift, and Leg press (5x5)
